Jordan Kuck, a graduate assistant at CSWS and PhD Candidate in Modern European History at UT, has an article appearing in the most recent issue of Fascism: The Journal of Comparative Fascist Studies. The article examines the lesser-known authoritarian regime of Karlis Ulmanis, the dictator of Latvia from 1934-1940, including an interesting take on the Latvian version of American 4-H.
